Shipping policy

Delivery Service:

The box you have purchased will be processed and shipped  to your loved ones within 2 business days from your order confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm  through Sunday 8 am Israel time.

We promise to pack and dispatch the items for you as quickly as possible.

The delivery service is provided  all over Israel.

We recommend that you choose a delivery address where your recipient is available during these hours, such as workplace.

Times:

Delivery time all over Israel 4-7 business days.

Personalized items take 5-7 business days to process.

Orders placed after 12 pm on Friday -Israel time, will processed the following Sunday.

Orders placed after 12 pm Israel time on every business day will be process the following day and will be send to delivery two days after your order confirmation.

If you wish for the box to arrive on a specific date, you must contact us before placing the order through our customer service

Note:
In cases where specific shipping instructions are indicated for a particular collection (for example, during holiday seasons when deliveries are consolidated to ensure arrival before the holiday eve), those instructions will override the general shipping policy stated on this site.

Rates:

Our boxes prices include the cost of shipping all over Israel, so you can enjoy a seamless and transparent shopping experience without any additional charges. 

Remote-Gift will not deliver to a PO box.                                             
A valid street address is required. We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by our delivery company.             
If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Remote-Gift will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Customer service operating hours are 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM-Israel time.

Delivery service operating hours are 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM- Israel time.
